Catering Overview

What is the difference between the catering and regular menus?

Catering items are priced per person to accommodate the exact size of your group. Most of the group catering items (i.e., platters, trays, baskets, box lunches) are not available in the restaurant to walk in and purchase. These items are available for delivery only (see item descriptions). The regular, or in-store menu, consists of individual portion sizes; these items are also available in our stores and for delivery.

What is your minimum catering order?

We will deliver any order (catering or individual items) as long as it is $50 or more (and your delivery address is inside our delivery zone).

What is your delivery area?

We deliver from Lake Michigan to Halsted St. and Roosevelt to Oak St.

What are your catering hours?

We deliver from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.

How much does delivery cost?

A 10% delivery charge, not to exceed $50.00, will be applied to all orders. Additional charges may apply for hot entrée delivery or for delivery outside our delivery area. We offer FREE delivery if a Sopraffina is located in your building.

Can I place an order for carry-out or pickup?

Currently our restaurant do not offer this service.

Can I use a gift card to pay for an online order?

Not at this time.

How do I change an order I just placed?

Click on "My Account" at the top of any page then click on your Order History. You can edit your order online up until the order is sent to our kitchen for processing. After that, you'll need to call us to see if we can accommodate.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Most items are available with 2-hours' notice. Others may require longer - please see the item descriptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Discover and corporate house accounts

Is my information secure?

Yes, we use SSL to encrypt all communication between your browser and our servers. Once your data arrives at our servers, it is encrypted and securely stored. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Updating Account Information

How do I change my delivery address information?

To change your delivery address(es), go to My Account, then Manage Delivery Addresses.

How do I change my payment information?

To change your payment methods, go to My Account, then Manage Payment Methods.

How do I reset my password?

Log in to My Account, then click on "Edit Personal Information". If you have forgotten your password, you can click here to reset it.
